Enjoy SUP was created out of the thought “By doing what you love you inspire and awake the hearts of others”.  We have combined our love of SUP with years of Personal and Group Training to bring you the perfect balance of support and fun on the water.  Join us and discover something new about yourself while challenging your mind, body and spirit.

ABOUT KELLY

ENJOY SUP Owner and Instructor.

Fitness Instructor. Water lover. Fun Lover.

I am a lover all of all things water. I tried Standup Padldleboarding (sup) over 11 years ago on vacation…although falling off plenty of times I was hooked! I came back to MN and rented a few times then onto buying my own. You can find me leisure paddling, doing sup fitness, sup yoga and even a few 5K SUP races. I was even able to be part of the Guinness Book World Record setting in 2016 for the most participants doing SUP Yoga at one time on Forest Lake. I have ENJOYED taking friends and family out and getting them hooked. I currently even get to teach classes inside at a health club doing SUP Fitness/Yoga when not able to be outside. In addition to my love of SUP, I have been teaching water fitness, swim lessons, lifeguarding, land-based strength, balance, and yoga classes for over 10 years. I am SUP’er excited to share SUP so you to can ENJOY your time on the water.
